Exterior projects typically range from $5,000 to $28,000 depending on size, site conditions, and travel. We work throughout Tampa, St. Petersburg, Sarasota, and Orlando.
Multi wall installations, lobby statements, hotel art programs, and corporate identity pieces. These projects are scoped individually. Pricing is by inquiry and reflects design complexity, scale, materials, and timeline.

When you hire through Marcolina's, you are hiring an artist, not a contractor.
Every commissioned mural through Marcolina's includes a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist, full provenance documentation, and the artist's exhibition history. For commercial clients, developers, and institutional buyers, this documentation adds measurable value and permanence to the commission. General painters do not provide this. We do.
A mural stays with the wall. A matching original painting on canvas comes with you. Many of our mural clients commission a related canvas work from the same artist, on the same subject, at the same scale, so that when they move or renovate, the art moves with them. The canvas becomes a collectible asset. The mural becomes a permanent landmark. Both have value.

When a muralist is brought in during the final stages of construction, the exterior primer pass can be done once, the mural cost can be built into the project budget rather than added as an afterthought, and the finished building opens with a permanent artwork already in place. Mural pricing depends on scale, surface, complexity, and travel. The ranges below reflect typical project costs based on current market rates for professional muralists across the Tampa Bay region, Sarasota, Orlando, and beyond. Every project receives a custom quote after an initial consultation.
All projects include design consultation, concept development, professional materials, and protective sealant. Payment is structured in milestones, typically a deposit to begin, a payment at design approval, and a final payment on completion.
