What is the minimum group size?
Our private events require a minimum of 8 guests. For public sessions, individuals and couples are always welcome.
Do you travel outside Tampa?
Yes. We serve the entire Tampa Bay area including St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Sarasota, Lakeland, and beyond. Travel fees may apply for locations beyond 30 miles.
Do guests need any art experience?
None at all. Our professional artists guide every session from start to finish. If you can hold a brush, you can do this.
What do you bring? What do we provide?
We bring everything: canvases, easels, paints, brushes, aprons, UV lights for Neon Nights, and all setup and breakdown. You provide the space. BYOB always welcome.
Can we customize the theme or subject?
Absolutely. We can tailor the painting subject to your event, a seasonal theme, your company logo, or something personal. Just let us know when you inquire.
How far in advance should we book?
At least 2 weeks for small groups and 4 or more weeks for corporate events of 50 or more guests. Peak holiday dates fill fast.
Is this available as a gift?
Yes. Marcolina's Gift Cards are available in any amount and can be used toward any event or artwork purchase. Shop gift cards.
What is your cancellation policy?
Private event deposits are non-refundable but fully transferable to a new date with at least 72 hours notice. We will always work with you.
