Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: August 6, 2026
1. Introduction
Chaya Logistics LLC, doing business as Marcolina's Fine Arts Gallery ("Marcolina's," "we," "us," or "our"), offers payment plans on eligible original artworks and sculpture. This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how payment plans work, and what happens if a plan is cancelled, either by you or by us, before it is complete. This policy is separate from our Return Policy, which governs returns due to shipping damage or an incorrect item.
2. Payment Plan Terms
a. A 25% deposit is required to begin a payment plan. This deposit is interest-free, requires no credit check, and involves no third-party lender.
b. The remaining balance is paid in scheduled installments over a term based on the total purchase price:
- Purchases under $2,000: up to 3 months
- Purchases between $2,000 and $7,000: up to 6 months
- Purchases of $7,000 and above: up to 12 months
c. The artwork is reserved and held off the market for the duration of an active payment plan.
3. Cancellation by the Buyer
a. You may request to cancel an active payment plan at any time by contacting us at info@marcolinas.com.
b. If cancellation is requested within 7 days of the initial deposit, the deposit will be refunded in full to the original payment method. After 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable, reflecting the time the artwork was reserved and held off the market on your behalf.
c. Any installment payments made after the deposit, but before cancellation, will be refunded to the original payment method, less the non-refundable deposit where applicable.
d. Upon cancellation, the artwork returns to available inventory and may be sold to another buyer.
4. Non-Payment and Automatic Cancellation
a. If a scheduled payment is missed, please contact us before the due date. We are almost always able to offer flexibility on timing.
b. If we do not hear from you and no payment is received for 60 consecutive days, the payment plan will be automatically cancelled, and the artwork will return to available inventory. The deposit and any payments made to that point are treated as non-refundable under the same terms described in Section 3.
5. Cancellation by Marcolina's
In the rare circumstance that we must cancel an active payment plan for reasons unrelated to non-payment, all payments made to date, including the deposit, will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
6. Relationship to Our Return Policy
If an eligible return occurs under our Return Policy while a payment plan is active, that return is governed by the payment plan refund terms described in our Return Policy, not by this policy.
