We approach every partnership differently because every space, audience, and opportunity is different. Here are the five most common ways we work with partners, and we are open to anything that does not fit neatly into any of them.
Marcolina's curates and installs a full exhibition in your space for a defined period, a night, a week, or a month. We handle everything: curation, installation, marketing, and the collector experience. You provide the space and your audience. Both brands benefit from the association.
We select and place original works in your offices, lobbies, hospitality spaces, or residential developments. Annual rental with rent-to-own credit, or direct purchase. We have placed works with law firms, medical practices, and private clients throughout Tampa Bay.
Marcolina's runs an established figure drawing series, Monday night art classes, and private event programming. We bring our audience, handle all facilitation, and ask only for a suitable space. Your venue becomes a regular destination for Tampa Bay's creative community.
Marcolina's has commissioned original murals for interior and exterior spaces throughout Tampa and the surrounding region. Our muralists have been featured by Creative Loafing as among the city's must-see artists. From concept through installation, we manage the full process.
For developers, hospitality groups, and institutions looking for an ongoing curatorial partner, Marcolina's offers long-term collaboration across programming, placement, commissions, and cultural identity. These relationships are built individually and are by discussion only.

Marcolina's Fine Arts Gallery is built on a practice that spans three generations. Guillo Pérez 3, co-founder and anchor artist, is the grandson of Maestro Guillo Pérez, recognized by the U.S. State Department's Art in Embassies program. Before Tampa, Guillo spent years inside Chelsea's gallery system, co-founded ESP Gallery and Artist Revolution Studios, and presented at Art Basel Miami Beach. The New York Times named him a Star Maker. The Straz Center called him art royalty. His work hangs in museum permanent collections alongside Dalí and Picasso and in private collections across 48 countries.
The Monday Night Art Class he founded in Brooklyn over fifteen years ago still runs today, now in Tampa. That community, built over decades and transplanted into Tampa Bay, is what our partners get access to. We have hosted 40 exhibitions, represented 19 artists, placed works with collectors across the United States and internationally, and earned recognition as Tampa's leading contemporary fine art gallery by ThreeBestRated.com 2026.
We were named a 2025 Philanthropists of the Year Finalist by Tampa Bay Business and Wealth Magazine.
